Coach Approach
‘I am a qualified Analytic-Network Coach ™. This means that my coaching style involves looking at the bigger picture i.e. the WHOLE person within their context. Many traditional approaches to coaching appear to offer truths, answers and results. Focusing on cognitive definitions and approaches to career coaching work is an oversimplified way of viewing problems and change will not come readily or be sustainable. They ignore the wider network humans belong to, the person themselves, what has formed them and what they desire.
We will look at your Leadership Style in the networked society we live in today. You will be challenged to open up a new understanding of how others experience you in the World. This work will always be anchored in a career context and we will examine your networks, how they are being utilised and how we can use all this new understanding to forge new strategies, both personal and professional.
I am always happy to discuss the way I work and to see if it will suit!

- Session 1: Depth Analysis
Identify key values, discover authentic self and engage human spirit. This is a little bit of ‘soul work’ to explore true desires and bring the unconscious to the conscious mind. - Session 2: Relational Analysis
Understand relational dynamics that exist between you, your family/teams/friends/groups and beyond. We will build a strong relationship on which we can reflect in sessions and use as data to examine other relationships. - Session 3: Leadership Analysis
Using a researched and proven leadership tool, we explore leadership as a concept and work on developing your ‘inner leader’. - Session 4: Network Analysis
Network mapping exercises are used to enable you to locate yourself in the network within which you live and work. - Session 5: Strategic Analysis
In this final session we review the previous 4 and work out an emergent strategy for you personally and for your network/workplace. - Time
5 Sessions, 90 Minutes each over a 5-10 week period.
